Raiding Times: I would only have it hard on thuesday and wednesday between 16:30-18:00 and sometimes i eat after the tennis practice.

Hi there!

Well i can start whit the fact that u have alot of bad gems in ur gear, like the 20spirit gems makes my cry, the meta gem is the wrong one and so on.
Its always nice if u Enchant the gear and so on it helps if u want to play in any guild that raids anything.
second u have the wrong spec if u are sopsed to be arcane. Incineration is a must and shatter is not so god in arcane spec.
and the achivments is not helping u at all in this apply.
And u can think about changing the professions u have, I asume this is an alt as u have gathering prof on him, Get tailoring and enchanting or JC so u get something good of them.
dual spec aint to bad to get also.
and last but not least u need alot more sp if u want to do the dmg we need in the ICC raid.
sometimes u can tell on the gear and the achivments on how good a player is and how much dedication he or she has to be a part of a guild and help out, Can u look at ur apply and the gear, achivments u got and tell me honest why u think u have a chance to get an inv?
I will be nice to u here anyway, go look at my spec and enchants, gems on Armory and u will perhaps go up 1k dmg right there.
